Dear Parents and Students,

We are so excited to kick off our Fall Fundraiser, "Pick a Date" Calendar Fundraiser!

Our Goal this year is to raise enough funds to provide TIS with new recess equipment, basketball hoops, soccer goals, shaded structure, garden and landscape supplies, as well as provide continued support for ongoing programs to support the students and staff at TIS.  WE NEED YOUR HELP!

HOW THIS WORKS...
Your child has been assigned their own unique calendar URL for fundraising purposes listed below. 

1. Please find your child's link by their 3rd period (homeroom) teacher's name, as well as student's first name and last initial. It is very important that you make sure you select the correct URL for your child! Once the funds are allocated, the recipient cannot be changed.
2. Share this link to your friends and family.  This Can be shared via email, text messages, social media, etc.  If you would like to generate a unique QR code, please do so using QR Code Generator.  The TIS Calendar image below can be used to post to social media.
3. Continue to share and repost every couple of days. 
4. Have FUN!

EXAMPLE POST:

Please help (Insert child’s name) raise money for the Tomball Intermediate School. We are
raising funds for new recess equipment, basketball hoops, soccer goals, shaded structure
and garden as well as ongoing programs to support the students and staff at TIS. Each day
corresponds to the amount donated. (Day 5=$5, Day 11=$11, etc.) The goal is for every
member to have the entire calendar filled up. Once payment is made, your name will be
displayed in the date(s) you purchased showing your support. Please consider purchasing
multiple dates or even a full week!

STUDENT PRIZES:

(Students will be able to pick from the list of the following prizes based on the order of top earner).

1. PlayStation 5

2. Xbox

3. Beats Headphones (over ear)

4. iPad

5. 3D Printer

6. Chromebook

7. Hoverboard

8. Bluetooth Speaker

Top Earning Grade: Pizza Party

Top Earning Homeroom (average by number of students):  Main Event Party for students (parents will be responsible for transportation and supervision during non-school hours) and the Homeroom Teacher will receive a $100 Amazon Gift card. 

Any Participation: Student will receive a cookie from the cafeteria even if they do not fill a complete calendar but they fill at least one day.  

STUDENTS can fill as many calendars as they would like.
